Debbie Houston Named 2007 Women Extraordinaire

RALEIGH, N.C. – Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services has announced that Debbie S. Houston, president of the division, has been named a 2007 Women Extraordinaire recipient by Business Leader magazine. The Women Extraordinaire awards are presented annually to a select group of women who have made outstanding contributions to their professions, companies and the community. An awards luncheon honoring this year’s winners was held on Dec. 6 at North Ridge Country Club in north Raleigh. Under the direction of Houston, the Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services division has grown from $43 million in sales volume in 1991 to sales volume of $695 million in more than 50 new home communities. Presently Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services is one of the top 10 new home companies in the country in sales volume and unit production, and it received the Coldwell Banker Premier Office Award from 2002-2005.
