Lewis and Stoutenburgh will jointly present on the topic of “Managing the Customer in a Business Process Outsourced (“BPO”) Environment”. The session is scheduled to begin at 9:45 am on Tuesday, October 11th, and will discuss the latest trends in the OSS/BSS track, specifically outsourcing and the support necessary to manage both customers and end-users in an outsourced environment.
