Independent high street retailer, Mimosa, has commissioned Bounce PR to write the content of their new website and undertake a local advertising campaign to coincide with the expansion of their Epworth premises.Mimosa, based in Epworth near Doncaster, offers customers an extensive range of cookware and homewares, including fine linens and toiletries, as well as a bespoke wedding and celebration service by designers such as Phillipe Starck, AGA, Magimix, Peugeot and Murano.
Bounce PR, also based in Epworth, is a PR and marketing consultancy with experience in several differing sectors on a regional, national and international level. Bounce is unique in the fact that not only does it work as a retained PR and marketing agency for clients, but also carries out one-off jobs for clients with a smaller budget.
Mimosa’s new website allows its users to browse through the range products and the brands they stock, and also includes details about their wedding and celebration service.
‘We initially asked Bounce to undertake our marketing work as we felt that we needed an on-line presence as we reach out to a large catchment area,’ says Louise Briggs, business partner of Mimosa.
‘Following on from the success of the work that Bounce had done with regards to the website, when we wanted to communicate the expansion of our premises to our customers, we contacted them again and instructed them to manage the local advertising campaign,’ continues Louise
‘We’re really pleased with the way in which Bounce PR has aided us with the differing elements f our marketing campaign,’ says Janet Oldridge, joint partner in Mimosa. ‘Being able to pass elements of the marketing of Mimosa to Bounce means that it has left us with time to focus on the newly expanded shop.’
