INVENTTECH AND LICENSING INTERNATIONAL 2005- A NATURAL FIT!

InventTech, Inc., a Coral Gables, Florida-based invention marketing and development firm, counts trade shows as one of its most successful methods of promoting their diverse invention roster. One of the annual stops on InventTech’s itinerary is the landmark event of the multi-billion dollar licensing industry, Licensing International. The 2005 edition was held at the customary venue in New York City, the Jacob Javits Center, and spanned three very busy days, June 21st-23rd. As usual, this year’s proceedings were extremely well attended by a wide variety of professionals. InventTech staff had the opportunity to make key contacts with fellow exhibitors involved in the toy, games, and children’s products industries, and also experienced a considerable flow of traffic at the company’s exhibit booth. Representatives from companies dealing with everything from hardware to pet products exchanged contact information with InventTech personnel, many with an active interest in seeing details on relevant inventions in the near future.

InventTech does not exhibit physical prototypes or models of inventions at trade show events so as not to endanger confidentiality or future patent rights. However, there is considerable value derived from the sharing of the detailed invention information under confidentiality that takes place during the follow-up process with the numerous contacts that are made.
