INCREDI ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING Murray Hill restaurant serves up Authentic Chinese cuisine

NEW YORK November 23, 2007—Incredi is proud to announce its grand opening on November 26th, providing New Yorkers with the opportunity to explore cuisine and tradition from the southern regions of China. Executive Chef Yin will lead the way with over 25 years of experience, and numerous accolades for his cuisine.

When it comes to investing in New York City, Chef Yin puts his money where his mouth is. Or, rather, where his customers' mouths are.

Yin, has built a culinary mini-empire in a city that has way more than its share of good restaurants. His newest venture, Incredi in Murray Hill, will soon make headlines as one of America's best authentic Chinese cuisine.
Yin opened his first restaurant, First Wok, in 1998. “I was trying to answer a market need," he said. “There was a lot of fast food available, but no restaurant really focused on authentic Chinese cuisine." During its 25 years, Yin’s restaurant has earned rave reviews and was the recipient of the Readers Choice Awards for best Chinese cusine in Manhattan. Travel & Leisure describes his restaurant "has no attitude which serves real Asian cuisine.”
Most critics describe the menu at Incredi as contemporary Chinese cuisine with a Cantonese and Szechuan influence. All dishes strive for harmony of sight, smell, taste, texture, so that each individual dish has its unique features highlighted; contrasted and balanced if it is a meal of many dishes. The core ingredients used are fresh vegetables, fresh herbs such as garlic and ginger, and traditional spices to produce delicious food with health restoring qualities.
The restaurant is targeted to a broad spectrum of patrons including businesses, students, elderly people, white collars, construction workers, guys and girls altogether. Everyone can enjoy a delicious quality meal at a great price. The restaurant features a full bar with Asian theme cocktails and its own bar appetizer menu.
