Grand Opening Celebration! Englewood’s First Eco-Friendly, Celebrity Hair Salon

The corner of South Dean Street just got a whole lot hotter: award-winning hairdresser Pasquale Benasillo, Director of Concept and Development for Salon Rocks, and business partner Anthony Dell’Aquila CEO “rocked da house” on Saturday as they introduced their new salon to the neighborhood. Mayor Michael J. Wildes welcomed the new salon by doing the honors of cutting the red ribbon.

Salon Rocks grand opening celebration was a great success with over 600 guests in attendance. Many friends, neighbors and on goers walked the red carpet and enjoyed sushi and cocktails as they rocked to great music and watched live performances by Byron Zanos, Jager artist Eleni Vorvolaskas and Natalia Shanti. “We are so excited about the salon and we are glad to see how many people in the community are out supporting us,” Pasquale Benasillo expresses. The pair have created Englewood’s first and finest loft salon for celebrity hair-care in an eco-friendly environment. The party went non-stop into the middle of the night. Kevin manager of Cassie’s Restaurant said, “This is the best party Englewood has seen in 10 years”. As if there were not enough partying going on inside, guest were also invited into the huge party bus parked outside in front of the salon along with some Harley’s and a cherry red Ferrari.

Many guests were blown away by the unique quality and great hospitality the salon services provided. Shanya Lym a guest said, “This place is one of a kind it’s so unique and different. I love the set up in here and everyone is extremely friendly the stylists are really funky and have a lot of personality.”

Salon Rocks is located at 14 South Dean Street, near the intersection of Palisades Avenue, in the heart of downtown Englewood (201) 569-7625. It is two doors down from the newly built multi-level parking lot.
