Roseville, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb announces that design has been completed and construction has begun for the Michael Drake Holdings office tenant improvement located in the Granite Bay Pavilions at 9253 Sierra College Boulevard in Roseville, California. The broker for the project is Scott Rush of CB Richard Ellis.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Sacramento office is providing interior design services for this 3,500 square foot office tenant improvement. The project features two speculative suites and, once completed, a third suite that will be occupied by Michael Drake Holdings. The suites are finished in a warm neutral palette with accents of green.
