Memphis,TN. Commercial Bank and Trust has expanded its mortgage division with the addition of a new sales manager, and three new mortgage loan originators including the launch of a mortgage operation in Jackson, TN.

Teresa Beach has joined Commercial Bank and Trust as a Residential Mortgage Sales Manager.
A life-long Memphian, Teresa Beach, has worked in mortgage lending for 15 years, working in almost every area of mortgage lending including owning her own mortgage company before joining Commercial Bank and Trust. Her experience gives her in-depth knowledge of all the mortgage options available to customers today.

Also joining the bank’s mortgage division are Liz Miller in Memphis and Ellis Stubbs in Desoto County, MS. Launching the Jackson mortgage operation is Brooke Paladichuk, serving as their residential mortgage loan originator.
