L.T. Thomas wins 1st place in Middleweight at the 2007 OCB Charm City Classic

November 11, 2007 — Baltimore personal trainer L.T. Thomas recently won the Middleweight class at the OCB Charm City Classic competition. L.T. brings more than 6 years of experience as a Personal Trainer to the fore to help his clients reach their individual goals: Be it weight loss and tone, strength and size, or athletic enhancement, L.T. has the knowledge and experience to help clients get to the next level.

L.T. is a competitive natural bodybuilder having won the following titles:
USBF Silver Cup: 1st Place Middle Weight, OCB EASTERN REGIONAL: 1st in Novice 2nd in Open, Winter MID-ATLANTIC FITNESS CHALLENGE: 1st place overall, OCB Fall Fitness Challenge: 2nd place overall.

L.T. has exceptional knowledge in the fields of bodybuilding, bodysculpting, sports performance training, nutrition and motivational techniques.
