IMS®, the InstrumentReady™ company, has announced that MedAssets Supply Chain Systems has awarded IMS a multi-year contract to provide surgical instrument repair, minimally invasive surgical support and central sterile process improvement to MedAssets' customers nationwide.MedAssets Supply Chain Systems is one of the largest group purchasing organizations in the U.S. and builds customized solutions encompassing procurement of common medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, physician preference supplies, food / nutrition items, and capital equipment.
