The annual Holiday Showhomes event features a brilliant display of holiday décor throughout four of the award-winning community’s newest luxury model homes.
“This is a great opportunity for people to visit Palencia and ICI Homes’ four Holiday Showhomes,” said Naomi Lumley, sales and marketing director for Hines at Palencia. “We had one Showhome in year’s past so this is an extra special treat at such as wonderful time of year, and of course the proceeds will benefit four much-needed charities in our area.”
Showhome visitors will have the chance to tour ICI Homes’ European Collection at Bella Terra, which consists of luxurious ENERGY STAR homes featuring various European elevations, ranging from 2,400-3,944 square feet.

Each will volunteer countless hours and had a hand in the transformation of both the interior and exterior of the homes for the holidays.
The Showhomes are a wonderful opportunity to take ideas and find inspiration from the multitude of designs, colors, textures and fabrics on display throughout the four models—the Castillo, Milan, Portofino and Versailles.

The Versailles is also three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths at 3,992 square feet of living space.
Two designers graciously designed an entire home themselves.
Molly Payne, whose interior design business ZEAL Interiors is located in Palencia Commons, volunteered to outfit the Castillo, which is 2,928 square feet and features three bedrooms, two-a-half-baths, a two-car garage, a family room and a bonus room.
Michael Parrish of Design Elements of North Florida worked on the Milan, one of the largest of the four homes at 3,992 square feet, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a game loft, gathering room, dining room, guest room/study, breakfast nook and a two-car garage.
