Frank Igo Joins Rancon Group

Murrieta—Veteran industry professional Frank Igo has joined the Rancon Group as Senior Project Manager and Director of Construction, announced Jeff Comerchero, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Rancon Group.

Mr. Igo has a wealth of experience in entitlement, development, homebuilding and the hotel industry. He recently served in a similar position for DR Horton.

“We are pleased to be expanding our Development Division and adding a professional such as Frank Igo to our staff,” said Comerchero. “At a time when many in our industry are slowing down, we are aggressively moving our projects ahead in the development cycle. Frank will play a key role in that effort.”

Mr. Igo will work directly with Jack Dimond, Vice President of Development in the newly formed Development and Construction Management Company, LLC (DCM). At DCM, Mr. Igo will manage day-to-day operations in all phases of horizontal development.

“Over the years we have become the experts in Southwest Riverside County at finding, acquiring and entitling properties to the tentative tract maps phase of development,” says Rancon Founder and Chairman Dan Stephenson. “Now, through DCM, we can add value and eliminate the risk to potential buyers of our extensive portfolio of properties.
