DOCKSIDE DONATION DRIVE

Pacific Adventure Cruises in partnership with Red Cross of Santa Monica have joined forces for a special “Dockside Donation Drive.” The dockside drive, whose proceeds will benefit victims of the recent Southern California wildfires, will be accepting cash donations, canned food, canned or plastic contained beverages, and even Hefty bags (a multi-purpose survivor resource). Donations will be collected aboard Pacific Adventure Cruise’s newest vessel, Catalina Adventure.

Catalina Adventure is one of a few, unique harbor cruise lines that ferry passengers between Marina Del Rey and Catalina Island. Just ten minutes from LAX, the luxury hydrofoil-assisted catamaran features comfortable seating, panoramic views, a sun deck with shade and sun seating, a private lounge behind the helm that seats 20 passengers with it’s own wet bar, fridge and restroom.


The dockside donation drive will be held on Saturday, November 10th, 2007 11:30am-4:00pm at Pacific Adventure Cruises, 13717 Fiji Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. (Fisherman’s Village-ON THE DOCK BELOW EL TORITO RESTAURANT). Cash donations should be made payable to RED CROSS OF SANTA MONICA. Donations will be stored on-board Catalina Adventure and then delivered to Red Cross of Santa Monica.
