Shelia Gray Elected President of DirectEmployers Association

Shelia D. Gray, Director of Global Talent Acquisition at International Paper Company, has been elected president of DirectEmployers Association, a non-profit consortium of over 300 leading U.S. employers which owns and operates JobCentral National Labor Exchange.Ms. Gray succeeds Robin Katzman, Program Manager for Staffing Services at Lockheed Martin, who will continue on DirectEmployers Association Board of Directors and will serve the coming year as Past-President. Ray Schreyer, Program Manager for Internet Recruiting Strategies at IBM Corporation, is the Association’s new President-Elect and will become President in 2008-2009.
