For the past ten years, Willy has worked in every department for the company we love so much. We all know of the contributions he has made to the Accessories Division and how he is responsible for double digit growth in his division but Willy worked his magic no matter where his posting was.” Jim Quraishi, CEO of Soni Motors Thailand commented. “We will miss him tremendously.”
“I will not miss him!” Soni Quraishi, COO of Soni Motors commented, “I will not let myself miss him by visiting him every week. We are all very sad to see you leave but wish you the best of luck in your new endeavor.”

His hands on management style and his charisma made all the difference. In times of crisis he came into his own. When tsunami struck South of Thailand he came to me and in two hours he had already drafted a plan on how to mobilize our resources and troop to make the maximum impact and he was on his way the next afternoon to set a base camp. He showed same efficiency when earthquake struck Pakistan. Mark Motors Thailand is lucky to get someone with his record of achievements. Who am I kidding? I will miss you buddy.” Soni reached forward and embraced Will with teary eyes.
