WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED AND CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR PALMDALE CORPORATE CENTER

Palmdale, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb has completed design and construction for Phase 1 of the Palmdale Corporate Center project located at the northwest corner of Auto Center Drive and Trade Center Drive in Palmdale, California. The project is being developed by Realm Real Estate of Newport Beach, California.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Los Angeles office is providing master planning and architectural design services for four, 2-story, Class A, speculative professional/medical office buildings totaling approximately 240,000 square feet within a 14.1 acre site. Phase 1 of the project includes building 1 which totals approximately 60,000 square feet. Neutral colors, blue insulated glass, brushed metal and wood are used to create an archetypal yet modern building that complements the surrounding environment. Wood panels were used break up the façade of the building while a metal clad fin wall and canopy denote and accentuate the entry.

Palmdale Corporate Center is located just west of the 14 Freeway with close proximity to restaurants, hotels, shopping centers and a new 250 bed Universal Health Services Hospital.

The project lies within the Palmdale Trade and Commerce Center, a planned office park where tenants and owners enjoy State Enterprise and Foreign Trade Zone benefits, including employment tax incentives. Construction for Phase 1 of the project began earlier last week with an anticipated completion in Summer 2008. Oltmans Construction Company of Thousand Oaks, California is serving as the general contractor for the project.
