Monico Monitoring Inc. to unveil revolutionary HMI Gateway at New Orleans WorkBoat Show

Months after Monico Monitoring Inc. delivered its flexible, cost-effective CDL Gateway, the world-renowned industrial engine monitoring solutions company has announced plans for a new series of products. Monico will launch its latest product expansion, including the MonicoView HMI (Human Machine Interface) Gateway line, at the 2007 International WorkBoat Show in New Orleans, Louisiana. Like the CDL Gateway, the HMI Gateway offers operators a faster and more cost-effective way of communicating with Caterpillar Industrial and marine engines without any intermediary devices – at 10 times the speed of previous communication devices.

The MonicoView HMI Gateway offers the same cutting-edge technology and capabilities found in the CDL Gateway, with the addition of a monitor that displays operations information and diagnostic codes. The HMI Gateway still offers direct output of engine/generator data to most brands of PLC's including Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, and Siemens without any intermediary devices. The new line of MonicoView HMI Gateway products will feature models ranging from 3" monochrome to 15" color touch screens. The new HMI products deliver all of the features and convenience of the CDL Gateway with the user-friendly accessibility of an Operator Interface. Operators familiar with the CDL Gateway will be pleased to discover that the HMI Gateway can communicate and output data in Modbus Protocol and a wide array of other formats and protocols and that it offers the same data gathering capabilities as the CDL Gateway.

The International WorkBoat Show will feature over 1,000 exhibitors from all over the country. It will be held at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, November 28 to November 30, 2007.
