Mi-Co CTO Highlights Innovations in Digital Ink at the Anoto Conference in Copenhagen

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC — Mi-Co, the mobile data capture company, announced today that for the second year in a row, Dr. Greg Clary, Mi-Co Chief Technology Officer, presented on digital ink solutions at the Anoto Functionality Conference. This year's two-day event, with attendance by technology companies from all around the world, was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. Dr. Clary's presentations included a business track presentation, which highlighted success stories of Mi-Co partners using Mi-Forms as their forms and solution-building platform. In addition Dr. Clary presented in the technology track.
In the more technically oriented presentation, Dr. Clary focused on new and innovative methods of combining Anoto functionality, the paper printing process and database technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of capturing data using digital ink. This presentation included a discussion of a new patent pending software platform, developed by Mi-Co and Mi-Co's strategic partner, Cardinal Brands.
Both presentations highlighted new software development capabilities in the latest release of the Mi-Forms Software System and Software Development Kit. Version 5 of Mi-Forms, which supports Microsoft .NET languages and integration with web services, represents the market's richest enterprise mobile data capture solutions platform.
