New Focus in Beverage and Brewery Industries China Drinktec 2008 Gratifies Technology Needs

The 12th edition of China International Exhibition on Beverage, Brewery and Wine Technology (China Drinktec 2008) will be held at the largest exhibition center in Asia, China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou, PR China from March 4 - 7, 2008. In the past decade, China Drinktec has been acting as a direct trading platform for the worldwide beverage and brewery technology suppliers to meet Chinese manufacturers at a time.

The beverage industry has been growing fast in China over the past few years. It has become one of the most fast growing markets in the food industry. The variety of products has been further enhanced because of the large consumption within the country. As far as the brewery industry is concerned, China has been the world’s leading beer producer since 2002. The production volume of beer had reached 30.8 million tons with a growth rate of 22.4% in 2005.
