The Lupus Alliance of America announces new ways for their supporters to raise funds to fight the disease.

The Lupus Alliance of LI/Q is excited to announce a new fundraising program that will not only raise money for people with lupus, but will help to keep your closets clean as well! The Alliance has made arrangements with the online company AuctionDrop. Anyone can now drop off an item(s) that can be sold on eBay to the UPS Store nearest to them, at no charge; shipping is completely free!

Once you have dropped off your item, you’re done. AuctionDrop will then list and sell your item and forward the money to the Lupus Alliance, to help expand and continue their many supportive, educational, and
research programs that they offer to help people with lupus in the Long Island/Queens area.

Once there, you just need to follow the simple directions to list your item with AuctionDrop and to find the location of a UPS Store near you. LI/Q as your charity, you can then donate 10-100% of your sale to the Alliance at no extra charge to you.
