Benjamin J. Burnside, attorney and shareholder for Bogutz & Gordon, PC, has been named as one of 2007’s “Up and Comers” in the October 29, 2007 issue of Inside Tucson Business, a weekly newspaper focusing on Southern Arizona’s business and legal communities. He is one of nine young leaders being honored in a special section by the publication.“Ben’s vast experience in elder care and accolades in the legal community make him a wonderful choice for this award,” said Allan D. Bogutz, founding partner for Bogutz and Gordon. “To have him and our firm recognized by such a prominent business publication means we are successfully striving for the highest industry standards.”
