WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED FOR THREE PIPER RANCH

San Diego, California – Three Piper Ranch has been completed, as designed by Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb. The industrial project was developed and constructed by Master Development Corporation of Newport Beach, California. The project is located in Otay Mesa on 1210 and 1320 Air Wing Road, San Diego, California; across the street from One Piper Ranch, a 260,000 square foot office and industrial park, also designed by Ware Malcomb and developed by Master Development Corporation. Ware Malcomb and Master Development Corporation have teamed together on over 30 completed buildings in San Diego.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s San Diego office provided master planning and architectural design services for Three Piper Ranch, which consists of two industrial warehouse buildings, totaling approximately 333,130 square feet. The buildings range in size from approximately 154,000 to 178,000 square feet located on over 19.3 acres. Design features of the buildings include large glass building entrances with architectural metal canopies. Ware Malcomb also provided interior design services for Imperial Toy, a toy manufacturer tenant within Three Piper Ranch’s Building Two. The tenant improvements totaled 11,095 square feet and included office and mezzanine space within the existing 154,000 square foot warehouse.
