Regional success for Applied Language Solutions

The regional winners of the Chamber Awards, the British Chambers of Commerce Annual Award programme have been announced and we are happy to announce that Applied Language Solutions have been awarded with four out of the possible seven awards.

• Entrepreneur of the Year Award
• Impact of Technology
• Most Promising New Business
• The Green Award

They have been awarded in recognition of the Translations Company’s continuous success and hard work within the four specific areas at a regional level. They are now eligible to go through to the national finals, organised to take place in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London on Thursday 29th November 2007.

Gavin Wheeldon, Chief Executive said, “We are thrilled to receive regional recognition in all four categories. These varied awards can only reflect how much effort and hard work has been put in throughout the whole Company.”

All regional winners are also given the chance to walk away with an additional prize, the £50,000 Award for Outstanding Business Achievement.

The Chamber Awards were launched by the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) in 2004 to recognise and celebrate business excellence through the successes and achievements of its Accredited Chambers of Commerce and their members. Previous winners include AESSEAL plc, MilSys (UK) Ltd and Helen Colley from Farmhouse Fare Ltd.
