Green Real Estate Education hires a VP- Programs to meet the demand for their courses for "greening" the real estate industry.

Ms. Patrice Avery has joined Green Real Estate Education as Vice President of Programs. She brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry as a salesperson, a broker and a retiree of the Georgia Real Estate Commission with over 18 years of service. While with the GREC as an auditor/investigator, Ms. Avery performed office inspections and trust account examinations with brokers throughout Georgia, wrote programs and procedures for the Commission, conducted investigations of real estate licensees, acted as timeshare coordinator and participated in ARELLO training. Pat brings her enthusiasm and her love of real estate to Green Real Estate Education to train and educate the real estate professional regarding "green" building principles. Ms. Avery says, "These courses cover every question the real estate professional will need answered to represent the "green" structure of the future." Topics cover green building concepts, materials and design,certifications are defined, tax advantages are discussed,EEM’S- Energy Efficient Mortgages and Energy Ratings are discussed.Ms. Avery continues, "I am most impressed with the approval of "Green Building for Realtors" by ARELLO, The Association for Real Estate License Law Professionals. We will train Realtors across the country in all states." Ms. Avery says all the prosfessionals have to do is request the cousre from thei local board and the company will personally come to teach.
