RALEIGH, N.C. – Susan Holbrook, senior vice president and sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Falls of Neuse Road office, has announced that Anette Nordvall has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation from the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®. The ABR® designation, which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, is awarded to real estate agents who have completed the specified coursework, passed an exam and demonstrated practical experience in the field.

Nordvall has spent two of her seven years in real estate with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. She received her bachelor’s degree in mass communication from RMI Bergh’s School of Communication in Stockholm, Sweden. She is a member of Toastmasters International, the Swedish Women’s Educational Association (SWEA) and the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce (SACC), as well as a volunteer with the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Race for the Cure. Nordvall is a member of the Land Institute, which specializes in land assemblage, development and infrastructure. A native of Sweden, she resides in Raleigh with her husband and two sons.
