CSM Software has successfully delivered design and analysis project for conversion of a passenger aircraft to cargo usage for a tier 1 supplier of Boeing. The project involved Design, Analysis and Detailing of a Strong back assembly* to support the aircraft fuselage structure during the installation of the cargo door. The scope of the work involved design, 3D-Modelling, 2D-Detailing and Stress Analysis of which Design formed a predominant fraction of the work. “Design and generation of manufacturing drawings is one of the time consuming part in the aircraft industry. Besides, the ability to revert with quick turn around time and need for quality and standard adherence makes it even more challenging. We at CSM help the customers to create design and manufacturing drawings with quick turn around time right from design to manufacture. We are glad to learn that the work progress and the review plans have meticulously matched with customer’s schedules and this has resulted in a successful completion of the design with on time delivery schedule” stated Satya Srikanth, CEO, CSM Software.
CSM Software undertakes basic surface design to high-end structural analysis and aerodynamics using best practices drawing on its vast experience and Seamless Engineering Expertise (SEE).
