Dr. Emil Hayek opens Western Reserve Heart Care Office in Hudson

Dr. Emil Hayek, Medical Director of the Heart and Vascular Center at Akron General Medical Center, announces the opening of Western Reserve Heart Care Center, his new cardiology practice in Hudson. “I’m very pleased to have the opportunity to serve the residents of Summit and Portage counties,” said Dr. Hayek. “Our new cardiology center provides a comfortable, warm atmosphere combining all of the state-of the-art technologies for a personalized preventative care and treatment experience.”
The staff at Western Reserve Heart Care specializes in treatment of coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, heart arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease. Dr. Hayek has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating heart conditions. He designs treatment plans that work with patients’ lives.
Patients of Western Reserve Heart Care will have access to the most accurate screening and testing equipment. The practice is equipped to provide cardiac stress testing, echocardiography, risk assessments, consultations, and screenings.
Dr. Emil Hayek is the Founder of Western Reserve Heart Care. He is the Medical Director of the Heart and Vascular Center at Akron General Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Medicine, Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He completed medical school and residency at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and his Cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Hayek has been in private practice since 2002, specializing in the care of coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, and cardiovascular imaging.
