Orlando Civil Trial Attorney Joseph L. Amos Moderates Panel Discussion on Civility, Ethics and Professionalism

In February, Attorney Joseph L. Amos, of the Fisher Rushmer, P.A. law firm, moderated a panel discussion on civility, ethics and professionalism at the Florida Bar Seminar.

Amos, an Orlando civil trial attorney, moderated the discussion among three Florida judges. The panel included Judge Faye L. Allen, Judge Robert J. Egan, and Judge Margaret H. Schreiber, all of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

"I was honored to be chosen to moderate this valuable discussion, which provided insight into the role of civility and ethics in the legal profession," said Amos. "I believe we all benefited from the insight and knowledge that was shared during that time."

The panel discussion was one part of a larger day-long seminar, which also included information about pro bono opportunities, a panel discussion about young lawyers and an overview of the disciplinary system.

In addition to being an accomplished attorney whose legal guidance is respected in Orlando and throughout Florida, Amos has earned a reputation of being a respected educator within the field.
