REIA Announces Real Estate Investing Wholesaling Class

REIA announces the REIA Wholesaling Class on March 24, 2018. The class will be taught by taught by REIA President and real estate investor Shirley Henderson,

"Wholesaling, or Assignment of Contract, provides an incredible opportunity for real estate investors, regardless of their experience level" says REIA President Shirley Henderson. "The process can provide education, exposure and profits for new investors, which is what most people think of, and also provides a means of selling deals that can't be completed due to time or money restraints, or to fund other projects, for experienced investors. I personally believe every real estate investor should include wholesaling in their investing activities." "Wholesaling can be done in any market type" says REIA CEO Fox Henderson, "including our high-priced Puget Sound market. There are always sellers that need to sell quickly. The smart investor will find creative means of marketing to find those sellers, a topic included in the REIA Wholesaling Class." There will be no products, coaching or other sales at the class, just a full day of education on Wholesaling Deals from an active, local real estate investor.
