Hires Dental Care to Host 5th Annual "Stars, Stripes, & Smiles" Free Day of Dentistry for Veterans

April 16, 2014 - Hires Dental Care will host its 5th annual Stars, Stripes & Smiles event to honor our area veterans by providing them a day of free basic dental care on May 16, 2014. The media is invited to join Dr. J Eric Hires, Dr. Lauren Czerniak, Dr. Ryan Phipps, and the entire Hires Dental Care team, along with volunteers from ProMedica Health System, to treat more than 100 patients between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Veterans are entitled to their choice of a cleaning, filling, or extraction free of charge. This event is made possible thanks to the generous donations of our sponsors including, Hylant Group, SMB Construction, Waterford Bank, Henry Schein, Vitos Pizza, Tim Hortons, H.O.T. Printing, The Kroger Company, among others!"Now more than ever, I know there are people out there that are in need of dental services. Stars, Stripes and Smiles is our way of giving back to the community and helping our veterans who have sacrificed so much for us," said Dr. Hires.
The event will take place on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Hires Dental Care, 3951 W Sylvania Avenue in Toledo between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Tents will be set up in the Hires Dental Care parking lot the day of the event, with complimentary food and beverages provided, in addition to music and a variety of activities and games to pass the time between patients. Additional services will be provided by nurses from ProMedica Health System.
