Offerings from the Colorado catering menu's include the unique MAD Salad Bar, allowing everyone to create their own ultimate, customized salad from an extensive list of ingredients that include veggies, fruits, protein options, dressings and loaves of Udi's fresh-baked ciabatta bread.

For quicker lunch meetings, MAD Greens Catering features several types of Eat Better Box, which come in a variety of tasty mix-and-match items from the in-store menu, including MAD Salads, MAD Wraps, MAD Cold and, pasta salad, Superfood salad and fruit salad.
