Summit Community Bank Launches $10,000 Community Non-Profit Giveaway

Summit Community Bank, known for offering customers creative online banking solutions, has launched a $10,000 cash giveaway contest targeted at helping Lansing-area non-profit organizations bring new community ideas to life.

Each organization participating in the $10,000 cash giveaway contest has a unique vision for impacting the Lansing community. Participants have submitted project ideas to help further advance awareness of their organizations goals and how it will impact the community.

Summit Community Bank has taken social media by storm, launching an official Facebook application allowing Facebook users to vote for their favorite Lansing-area non-profit organization. The Summit Community Bank Facebook Page features an informational voting ballot containing non-profit organizations eligible for the $10,000 prize. Facebook users are urged to vote for their favorite non-profit organization, creating a better chance their favorite non-profit organization will win the $10,000 grand prize.

Qualifying non-profit organizations included in the the Summit Community Bank $10,000 Non-Profit Giveaway include: Michigan Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence, Capital Area Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity Lansing, Big Brothers Big Sisters Michigan Capital Region, Haven House, Mother Teresa House, City Rescue Mission, Tomorrow\'s Child, Burcham Hills Retirement Community, and St. Vincent Catholic Charities.
